Yeah, it may be a right time for you to trade out your timeshare if you have no vacation to enjoy them. Before you deal with Resorts Nationwide, you had better go to BBB to search this company. Though I have not deal with Resorts Nationwide before, I know that it is hard for it to get the deeded names. You should be careful if you have made up your mind to sell or rent your time to them.
As for the elaborate information about the price, you can go to their official website where you will be informed more.

BEWARE OF RESORTS NATIONWIDE!~ THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. Please don't be duped by them as I was and apparently a number of others! If you want to sell your timeshare, you MUST do it through a realtor. A licensed realtor. I learned the hard way. All RN does is post a one line listing on their website... They cannot list (not a realtor) nor anything else. A complete waste of time and money.

Yes, they just called me again.... if you can believe that... Fortunately this time I got some of their pitch on the answering machine and am forwarding it to FL Dept of Agriculture.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE USELESS AND ONLY COST YOU MONEY. If you want to sell... go to a licensed realtor. They are the only ones who CAN and WILL sell it and they don't charge $2000 up front to do it!

Just to say, these people are still operating as we received a call today from a Lacy Nisam (I think, but it was a very poor line).

            do research

Do research through the BBB and google RESORTS NATIONWIDE REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS. I am so glad I did. We were also contacted by them and considered it because they do put on a good sales line. I have also received a letter from RCI whom I am a member with and they strongly advise that if anyone is contacted by some company such as this do not get taken advantage of. Use a realtor or go straight through the company that sold you the timeshare itself. If you dig deep enough you will def find the info you need. We are using RCI condos and are happy with the places we have used so far. Since we are using them more we decided to keep ours.
