Just completed booking a Jun 27 to Jul 9 trip to Nevada and Arizona with RCI Wyndham point deposits and through DRI Club.
My family of five (three children 11, 10, 9) will be joined by my mom and her best friend. We're staying at Grandview at Las Vegas for the first 5 nights and then moving over to Sedona Summit for the last seven. We have 2BR and 1BR units at Grandview and a 3BR Sunset Suite (our big splurge for the Summer) for July 2-9.
My mom has a replaced hip and is a very slow walker. We plan on renting a Suburban in LV and sightseeing primarily by doing many short stops with the vehicle. So far on the agenda is Hoover Dam & Zion from LV and Grand Canyon from Sedona.
We'd appreciate your experiences, info and advice on both resorts, particularly the room configurations, and of course the things you'd recommend to be placed highest on the must visit list. We usually cook in and return to the resorts before dinner for a swim.
