Main Street Electrical Parade returning to Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom | TheDailyDisney.com from OrlandoSentinel.com

We actually went to see the "last" parade with the kids, and later met Jean-Jacques Perrey who was one of the composers who worked on the music.

It was always one of my favorites, and although dated- I'm glad it's making a comeback..

Me too. We have a week in July at VWL already booked, and this makes it that much more interesting.

However, to my mind, the really big news is that they are going to run Magic, Music, and Mayhem (the Pirate & Princess party fireworks), slightly modified for this summer. That's the best fireworks show I have ever seen, period.

So glad to see this coming back. I can still remember the looks of awe and wonder on my daughters' faces when we first took them to Disney many years ago. They were only 4 and 6 at the time. As the commercial says - Priceless!
