Fraudulent Letter/Phone Call Advisory:
If you receive a letter stating you have won a "Travel Passport Cash Giveaway," please be aware this is a fraudulent letter. In addition, you may receive an unsolicited call from someone who purports to be a Disney Vacation Club Cast Member. If you receive this letter or receive an unsolicited phone call, you should report the letter or phone call to your State Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.
If you do receive a phone call from someone purporting to be from Disney Vacation Club and asking for personal or financial information and you have any doubt that the person is an authorized Disney Cast Member, do not give the person any information and call your State Attorney General's Office. You can confirm whether or not the call is from a Disney Cast Member by calling Disney Vacation Club at 888-727-4880 and ask to speak to that Disney Cast Member.
