  • Halleluiah. Wifi arrives at Disney finally!

Well it's about time Disney came up to speed with the rest of the planet.

I'm at SSR and when I went to log onto the internet I just looked to see if I could pick up one of the hotel signals across the street and low and behold...........SSR has wireless!

And best part is that it's free!

Let's see how good it works when everybody else discovers it.

That's great! Take advantage while you can.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

I have to admit, I'm surprised they aren't charging for it. I'm trying to decide if this is one more admission by Disney that they aren't a high-end hotelier---because, in general, the higher you are on the food chain the more you charge for internet access in your rooms---or if this is another step on their road to "It's not a hotel, it's a cruise on land" push with DDP etc.

Maybe it's just free til they work out the kinks.
Disney never misses a beat to make a buck.

Last night I was trying to get on Yahoo and it kept taking me to Yahoo Brasil no matter how many times I typed just yahoo.com.

For some reason my hubby's AOL got set to AOL Canada while we were there. When we got back to US, we had a terrible time setting it back to AOL US. Techy son had to finally do it and it wasn't easy.

I had that happen when I went to Spain but after logging in at home a few times it went back to USA. I think I had to delete some cookies or clear the memory. I guess I'll have to do that again when I get home but how weird that it's Yahoo Brasil. I'm not in Brazil, far from it.
