When does Disney Vacation Club send out the 2007 Statements for yearly DVC fees

Usually in January as the dues are due in February. I wonder why DVC makes February dues month while everyone else is January. Perhaps, they want you to spend more $$$ on Disney products during the Christmas vacation.

January 15th is the soft due date....the real due date (without penalities) is February 15th.
