The above data is pretty useless unless you also know:

banked points, current year points, next year points

DVC contracts that are stripped (no points for current and next year) are worth much lower than a fully loaded account with banked points from last year, all this years points, and all next years points.

Wow. Some of those ROFR'd prices are incredibly low. $46-50 for SSR? Really?

Even some that are passing are suprisingly low. That 230pt OKW Wavied was $57. Even completely stripped, that's only equivalent to $67.

As a previous poster said, these numbers mean very little without knowing the specifics of the contracts (whether they're stripped, loaded, or something in between). Even then, there sometimes seems to be no rhyme or reason for Disney's decision to waive or not. You'll sometimes see a waiver and an exercise on two contracts that look identical (or close to identical) in their details. Some speculate that it can depend on what they need to fulfill waitlists for points at sold out resorts, which makes as much sense as anything else.

All true, but the trigger points are still dropping---and that's clear from the DISboards lists that do include all of those extra little details. In fact, a quick back-of-the-envelope calculation suggests that these numbers track the DISboards set fairly closely.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth....

Those individuals that don't find the info helpful should certainly look elsewhere. Also, anyone else who has more "complete" information on recent sales would also certainly be welcome to share in this post.

I haven't seem many other contributors- so I personally feel pretty good about doing my share...

Hi Brian. Yes, I've been watching them as well. I'm not really sure why since I have no intention of buying more points...

RP: keep doing what you are doing. The numbers are tracking the other sources I know of very well, and there are more frequent data points in your source.

Thanks... I was frustrated with a few employees yesterday and I'm afraid I let it bleed into my post here.. I apologize...

I like this list of ROFR info better because of the source. It appears to be accurate with no hidden motives. I bet some other forums have had "bogus" information posted by someone trying to drive down the prices in order to get a seller to accept a low offer. Who knows? Usually, where there is a will there is a way. Keep up the good work!!
