The boat docks at the Hospitality House. It only goes to DTD, but you can also get a boat to the Port Orleans resorts from there.
OK, thanks for the info. Doesn't sound too terrible. We should be OK without a car.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Angela - you will be fine. We have never rented a car. You will be within a very short walk to the bus stop. The main area with pools, dining, store can be about a 15 minute walk if your room is located at the other end of the resort. But, even then - I believe you can hop on of the buses to get there.

Some people use a car because the location from both OKW and SSR can be further away from the parks than other resorts - thus a longer bus ride to and from.

OK, thanks. I'm in no rush, so I'll just prepare myself for a longer bus ride.

BTW, any transportation strategies for getting around, that I should know about?

We stayed at OKW on exchange this last June and did not have a car. This was the first time we went and did not have a car. All was good. We ordered groceries on line and hade them delivered, used Magical Express, resort airline check-in, and Buss transportation for everything. We thought it was worth the money savings.
