Disney sales down?????

Just for kicks, I did some quick research...

Disney has been recording an average of about 50 deeds per day this year- the majority of which are sales of the contemporary... I know rumors are their sales are down- but now I have my doubts!

Is that only new sale deeds, or does it include all resale deeds as well?
How many deeds were they recording last year at this time?

That was a date range search of Orange Cty, Florida deeds by grantor, Disney Vacation Development - so resales would not have appeared in the search..

The actual number was 287 from Feb 1 to Feb 5. I just realized the first was a Sunday- so my daily estimate was low.

DVC sales may be lower than last year- but that is one very impressive number!
