.........In fact Disney is continuing to expand its existing hotel and timeshare offerings with new towers at its hotels in both its US theme parks as well as announcing a new timeshare hotel at National Harbor outside Washington D.C. Another property is also under construction in Hawaii......

It's been announced that Disney has purchased a plot in the National Harbor development, and it makese sense that at least some of that will be DVC, but no formal announcement of that bit as of yet.
