Thanks to all of you who helped me buy my HGVC.

Finally closed this week on my unit.

Now I've gotta figure out when I am going to be able to take more vacation time off from work.

I might have to have a few "sick days" this year.

I pursued it recently through one of the SW FL Resort Managers. We were going pretty good until she said I needed to pursue it through HGVC Corporate, but did not forward it to them.

So it ended, as things like that invariably do.

Today, as you will see elsewhere, I am only seeing one SW FL HGVC for the next 24 months, when prior to 5/30 Black Saturday I would see them all. No one else has responded that they are seeing them all, either.

I guess I'll be using my HGVC points for Marco instead of dealing with RCI on this. I've never seen HGVC with what I've got already anyway so to me
it wasn't a loss.

Of course I have seen them in the extra vacations.

Awhile back I used another Internet TS buddy's HGVC account to search SW FL for January. That was back when I could see stuff through RCI from time to time. I didn't see much more through HGVC, just one as a matter of fact.

One of our January exchanges was to Club Regency. Now Marco is a bit far from the action we like, and limited.

I know you love to come down in snowbird time but how about in Hurricane season when I like to go?

Did you notice availability for summers? I see ex-ops for the summers opening up on the boards so I'm hoping this will work for me. I guess
it remains to be seen.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will be what I hope it to be.

Many of the HGVCs Sanibels, Captivas and better Marcos, were always available during hurricane season. Not now, not after 5/30.

In the reporting I am doing, only Charter Club at Marco, for whatever reason.
