Vistana Orlando refurbishment schedule

As far as I can tell, every association at Vistana will have completed a top-to-bottom refurbishment by the end of 2010. Is that right, or has one of them decided not to go forward after all?

I'm contemplating an exchange for 2011, and would like to put 0450 back "on the list".

Just got off the phone with the resort. Every association is under the knife, and five of the nine are already done. The last will be done late February 2011/early March. Her expectation was that a P-week '11 visit would be during a time when they'd be working on the last building or two, but that anything available for a stay would be complete.

Works for me.

REFURBISHMENT PROJECT- CASCADES

The refurbishment project began in July 2009 and is currently estimated to be complete by October 2010. We are currently on schedule and 52% of the villas are complete. The refurbishment includes replacement of the air conditioning, kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, tile flooring, tile bath and shower, furniture, carpet, energy-efficient lighting, plumbing fixtures, electronics, appliances, exterior paint, walkway waterproofing and energy-efficient hot water boilers.
