  • HGVC Owner looking to purchase second deed Question

Okay, I have a 5000 HGVC annual point TS at the HGVC Flamingo. I'm looking to pick up another 5000 in a resale. If I do this, is there any way I can combine those points when I want for upgraded vacations (multi-room stays) without having to go back to HGVC corporate to combine them and pay a markup?

    Thanks!

When you buy a second property (even resale), it will automatically be added to your existing HGVC account -- Hilton does not make you "pay a markup". The only case where you may get a separate account is if one of the properties is an affiliate. But even in that case, you can combine the points (with a call to customer service) into a single account for easy management.

Remember, even though you will have two properties, you will only need to pay the $95 annual membership fee once.

Thanks! That was the kind of info I was looking for...you know the sales pitch at those places state you have to 'upgrade' and I smelled a rat!

I'm thinking that I'll have two sets of MFs though, even with it being at the same resort...that's okay though, cause I'm paying a lot less for the points and I will get my money's worth!

      Thanks again!
