A few weeks ago I did a post on my blog about my stay at Westin Lagunamar in Cancun. C’mon Starwood you need to do better - Points Wizard
From looking at my website stats I know that Starwood Corporate and Starwood Vacation HQ in Orlando viewed the post many times.
Never heard from Starwood or resort after that post.
Today i get a comment on the post(see below)
funny thing
-Cancun ip address and they talk about weather being cold-weather.com shows since Sunday one day at 77 and the rest 80 or over.
-We know Starwood stopped building, now it will be done in year?.
-Why is guest so worried about cost of heating pool ?-maybe they're management and that's the real reason the pool is not fully heated.
What do you think?

they went right to this post -not from Google-so they knew about it. and it seems that they went back 2x to see if comment showed up.

-Wow, our experience was great.
We loved the pool, but the weather was cold, and I hate to think what what it would cost to keep a pool that large hot.
The staff was so friendly and willing to go that extra mile to make our stay fun. We loved the grills and cooked out almost every night.
The area was clean and green.
One afternoon we were peeking thru the fence at the new construction site and were caught!
The construction manager was kind enough to explain that the new side would be open in approx one year and encouraged us to re visit soon.
We really loved the trek to Walmart on the buses, the US could learn a thing or too about public transportation.
We are coming back!
