Open Season saved my bacon. Parc Soleil here we come!

Wow, what a morning.

I'm leaving on a cruise in 10 days with GF and 2 teen boys.

A buddy was going to pick us up in Orlando and have us stay at his house in Daytona Beach for the weekend and then take us to Port Canaveral. His mom in another state has become ill and he has to travel now.

Ay Caramba!

I scrambled onto HGVC's website this morning and lo and behold! there is a 2BR available Open Season Friday and Saturday night at Parc Soleil! I snapped it up instantly. I was even able to rent a car cheaply with no drop fee in Port Canaveral.

We won't do the parks on Saturday but perhaps Downtown Disney. Any restaurant recommendations near Parc Soleil?

I can buy the boys some cheap food and then take the girl someplace nice. Or we can just all eat in Downtown Disney.

This resale HGVC purchase is working out pretty darn well for me. :-)

I love open season too. There seems to always be room at the inn somewhere even at peak times.
Its a great perk.

If you like Mexican check out Chevys.
you can also park free at boardwalk and eat at any of the epcot resort restaurants.
Also I love sanaa at animal kingdom resort. Always enjoy it and you get a great Savannah view.

What a mad scramble this morning but I made it all happen.

The boys will have fun by the pool pre-cruise. I'll tell them to enjoy because it will be the biggest cabin they see for a week!
