Starwood Owner Services Announces New Hours of Operation
In our ongoing effort to provide you with the highest level of service, I am pleased to announce that the Owner Services hours of operation are changing. This change is designed to help us manage our call volume during the busiest time of the day, and will provide you with even more vacation planning counselors so that we may exceed your expectations with the best service possible. Effective January 12, 2007, the new hours will be:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., Eastern time
Saturday through Sunday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Eastern time
