I'm not familiar with the Hyatt system but know enough that Bronze is the lowest season. That would equate to the least desireable seasons.
I wouldn't touch this.
Maybe you will get other feedback from those more knowledgeable.

Depending on how you like to vacation, Bronze could work for you, it is a lower amount of points, but works well for many.
http://www.tug2.net/advice/Hyatt.htm Here's a point chart/grid which will help you to see what 1300 pts can do. You can split them and the amount of points is tied into season, days used, size of unit and resort.
In Hyatt, you own a unit and a week which equates into X amount of points.
You can use your own week, don't use your own week and trade within Hyatt or deposit into Interval International (Hyatt isn't affiliated with RCI).
For me, Hyatt is absolutely wonderful.
