    Oh My!

Well no problem for me. I don't use RCI. SFX & TPI & HTSE love my non SVN resorts, too. Plenty of exchange choices without RCI.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Does anyone know why they made this change? Are those resorts moving to II?

Those resort had already been affiliated with II. They had been affiliated with RCI, as well. You had the option of depositing in II, or RCI. You no longer have the option of using RCI, for the resorts listed below. Note...there are exceptions that the OP, also noted.

In additon to II, you can also choose to use other exchange companies. I deposited one of mine into SFX.

Bumping this thread to ask if anyone knows why some SVO resorts remain affiliated with RCI? What's the logic in dropping 3 resorts but keeping the others?

I am not an expert, but the reosrts that are dual affiliate II/RCI were not started by Starwood. They were bought from a previous developer, and the orginal owners/contracts can maintain thier original affiliation.

As far as the other resorts, Starwood maintains a corporate II account. Putting all of thier resorts thru this corporate account helps Starwood maintain and control its inventory.

It's nice to have the option of more than one exchange company. But what I want is in II's inventory most likely because of this new policy so I will go the II route for now. I already have RCI and TPI dialed in and covered....now to see what II can offer. If II can't do it then one can always fall back and use the independents.

Does SVC cooperate with the independents?
