Just wanted to introduce myself and hope this is permissable on the forum. I am a board member on the HGVC Waikoloa Board. There are currently 2 owner members and 3 HGVC senior management members. Linda Uhl and I (Amy Sien) have tried to reach out to owners to better represent them. There has been many management changes at HGVC in Hawaii. The Annual Meeting is on April 4th for HGVC Waikoloa and I believe April 2nd for HGVC HHV. HGVC Waikoloa has 2 owners candidates for the Board. With the election of one of these owners, the Board will have owners majority vote. This is a momentous occasion for any HOA. If you are an owner, please vote because we need a quorum. You can vote by mail or signing into your HGVC account.
