HGVC Las Vegas Strip

No casino at this property but nearby. The HGVC Las Vegas Strip is right next to Circus Circus which is the closest casino. Sahara and Riveria casinos are across the street but you can also walk, drive, take a taxi, bus or monorail to the other casinos on the strip.
See this Vegas strip map for location and distance info - http://www.vegas.com/map.html

The timeshare is "one Las Vegas block" from Circus Circus. Figure door to door at close to 3/4 mile, if not further...
Everything looks closer than it is in the desert. And everything is set way back from the street.

HGVC Strip & Traffic
The HGVC Strip is the worst for traffic also. You must drive to get to anything other than the Sahara and Circus Circus (and you could drive to those also). Traffic is crazy on LV Blvd. in front of the Resort and just getting out onto the strip is hard to do. I can't imagine what it will be like when they complete all four towers and have all those people trying adding to the traffic congestion on the strip in from of the resort.
Either stay at the HGVC Flamingo and walk to everything or at the HGVC Hilton Hotel and drive/monorail to everything.

We have a Sunday to Sunday the first week of November. How will the traffic be then? The reviews looked good, so I confirmed it on an RCI trade. Do you turn into and out of the parking area from LV Blvd.?

I believe the only way in and out of the HGVC Strip is LV Blvd. We were there last March and traffic was gridlocked on LV Blvd every night. We would turn right out of the HGVC Strip onto LV Blvd. and then take the next right (side road by Circus Circus) back to Industrial Rd. The traffic was OK during the day except late afternoon (rush hour?).
However, the HGVC Strip is great and I would put up with traffic to stay there again! Remember also that traffic is horrible anywhere on LV Blvd these days.

Contacted Club Reservations...
Plus units are in the penthouse with good views. They also have higher quality towels and linens. However, handicap units are also in the penthouse so depending on availability when you check in you might end up in a unit with lower counters and no jacuzzi tub or walk in shower, which are replaced with an accessible tub/shower combination.
