  • HGVC Hawaii Lagoon -- Kitchen

Has anyone here stayed at the HGVC Lagoon tower

What might we expect in the kitchen?
Will there be wine glasses, etc. or must I bring them from home?

I know, silly question, but I tend to worry everything to death

    thanks in advance

Click on the link in my signature and it should take you to our Photo.net page, which has photo's of a 1 bedoom unit we were in last month at HHV in the lagoon tower.

Here are a few detailed photo's of what's in the cabinets from our Webshots Album. Everything is supplied and there is a dishwasher with detergent available in the unit. You won't need to bring or purchase anything.

Wow those are detailed pictures of what is available in the unit's kitchen. Thanks.

Perhaps I should start being more diligent about photo taking of units.

You will love it. There's a store right in the lobby for snacks and other things you might have forgotten to buy at ABC.

We had the 2 bedroom. The only downside is that the washers/dryers aren't in the room, but near the elevator. Not too much of a hike, but I found there was plenty of room in the kitchen for a stacking w/d. We used that huge space (with closing door) to store our 5 inflated tubes and snorkel gear. We had the gear from home, but gave the tubes away to kids checking in when we left.

HHV will give you a starter box of Tide and you can ask for more along with the shampoo, conditioner and mouthwash (we tip the deliverer a few dollars) or you can buy your own. We bought our own dryer sheets from home.

The laundry room was pretty clean. It seemed to be a place to leave things for fellow time sharers. One person left almost a full gallon of detergent (we thought it was an accident and then we realized they were gone). We left our Entertainment book with a note for the next guest to use what they could and leave it for somebody else.

If you have a lower floor facing the Lagoon you can watch the Luau.

You can practically crawl right to Lapperts.
