Harborside EOY question

Hi, were interested in buying to HRA EOY, do you have to pay yearly Atlantis user fees regardless of owning EOY? Will they include that fee to my yearly MF?

Not 100% positive- but confident about this answer...

I have an annual so I'm not 100% sure, but based on memory from EOY transactions- the SVN fee is paid each year to Starwood but the Atlantis fees are billed with the maintenance fees- so they hit you every other year.
