    The bottom picture/layout reminds me of the style of the Royal Caribbean - looks as if all units will have nice ocean views. I am just itching to get my new Sheraton ownership in my II account to play with!!!

        The newer phases at Vistana Villages are not. I think the trend at Starwood is to make everything non-mandatory. Even the new phases at Westin St. John are not mandatory. A resale buyer has to be very careful as to which phase they are buying!

          I imagine that making all the new resorts NON MANDATORY keeps people buying from Starwood direcly to get the vacation club benefits.....but it is a BIG drawback for those same loyal owners when they want to sell.
