Hi, I'm new to this forum, I would like to sale my ownership for Marriott Marbrella Beach Resort - Silver 3 Bedroom unit - 4 week yearly .

As per Marriott : Your Marbella weeks to sell with Marriott Vacation Club on October 25, 2005. This is the waitlist to sell. (Still its a waitlisted)

Could please kindly guide me how to sell my resort as soon as possible and please kindly tell me the currently rate at the sales sites.

Iam from Saudi Arabia.

The wait list is still years so you are best using a resale company like Redweek . Prices are way down say around $5,000 for a 3 bedroom silver week

Garry has given you good advice....he is an owner there.
The resale market right now is not good and silver season generally is hard to sell.

On the other hand, your resort is lovely and does have high demand.
There is a change in the Marriott system now that affects all owners....a 'destination points' program that could work for you as your 4 weeks of silver time "could/might" give you 2-3 weeks of gold/platinum time.
Check it out before you bail out of your ownership.

European resorts are not in the points program

as far as I know, all of the european resorts are not part of the points program as of yet. I do not know if that will change in the near future
