Dual points value

Went to Sales Presentation today. Learned that although Marriott has allocated me 2075 points for my Fairway Villa it charges 2750 points to anyone else trying to use that same week. I am being short changed 700 points! There are dual point values for every Marriott Property legacy owner week. The owner gets the low amount and the user gets the higher amount. Marriott makes out bigtime !
