Pat, what does this all mean? Does it mean that Marriott is keeping it for the Trust bucket inventory so they can offer it to the trust buyers if they choose that resort to go to so they have something available for them.

Does it mean that Marriott will offer these accommodatons only in the last two weeks before expiring?

Emmy, I don't really know exactly, but hopefully we can make heads/tails out of it over time.

My *guess* is that Marriott pulled all the developer inventory deeded to the trust and is holding it for the points program. That was the lions share of available inventory at NCV offered on MARSHA, IMO. This unprecidented lack of inventory seems to point to that dynamic. It can't be coincidence. Will they release it? When? Who knows? All we can do is keep checking and watching.

I can tell you I've noted more interest in my rentals this far in advance than in recent memory. I think this is notable, especially considering the condition of the economy. People can't find rental space on MARSHA so are casting around for other options. That's one possibility.
