That is awfully low and probably will not get past ROFR. Pretty sad.
Doesn't matter if it gets ROFR or not - the bottom line is it sold for $2.
Proof that few timeshares have a resale value at all today. The "market" is really trading the obligations to pay the fees and using the rights going forward. There is no cash value for the vast majority of timeshares. Including all those formerly high flying Hiltons / Marriotts / whatever where the resorts are stilkl the best by a mile, the demand is great, the locations highly desirable yet it all gets undone because the ongoing fees - the REAL cost of any timeshare - are so high that even those are only trade bait with maybe a top value for the true cream of the crop of $5K or less. For most MUCH less.
It was a silver week and indeed I might have bought to add to my 2 gold weeks ..... but with MF as high as they are , I can easily travel around the real Spain for a week .
