Pre Mvci Club Destination week deposited into my II account?

I logged in today to find that I've been given a 2 bdrm AC, along with a "Pre Destination Club week #54."

Does anyone know anything about this? BTW, I do not own in Orlando.

I called Marriott Owner Services, but there's currently a 20 minute wait.

Could the "week" verbiage be related to your new ownership - which is Marriott DC club based in Orlando, FL...you are a pre-DC club owner as opposed to a friend of mine who just purchased points - but never had any week ownership?

I don't know why it would have the January dates unless u deposited a week with those dates?

I didn't deposit anything....And, they gave me a 2 bdrm AC, too.

This is just sooo confusing.

BTW, I know that when you join the DC, Marriott pays your II yearly fee. Because of this, if you have any remaining paid years in II, you're given AC's to compensate. However, you can keep your own II membership if you'd like, and I choose to keep mine. So, not due any AC's to compensate for paid membership.

Is just how they have the DC listed in your membership.
Now when u deposit an actual reserved week from one of your home resorts - it will look just like it looks now.

BUT if you were going to deposit a DC club resie, they would use the ownership listed above.

Besides the "Pre Mvci" entry, do they have your other Mar ownerships listed in this account?
Because they SHOULD be listed there as this is where u will trade thru from now on - not your personal account - that is now for non DC Marriott's and any other ownerships you may have.

I'm fairly certain I have the same thing deposited in my old(existing) account--not the corporate Marriott account. I'm not quite sure when it showed up but I believe it was in the last week sometime. I haven't made any type of deposit or exchange request to the account in at least nine months.

I don't believe this is any different than the two ACs I received around the time the DC program was initiated. I've never quite figured out what they were for/why II gave them out, however, I was able to use them both for a Florida trip so it was nice to receive them.

I spoke with Marriott, and was told that it's there so that II does not charge you for exchanging Marriott to Marriott weeks.....It's just a marker. There is no week 54, or 56, which is how these "marker weeks" were tagged.
