We've sold out of all of our Platinum 2 balcony inventory (exterior units) in St. Kitts. We're very close to selling out the rest of Platinum, should be gone in the next 2 days, and Gold season inventory is also very, very low. Silver is in the same situation as Gold. Wow, I didn't even notice? Even Silver is nearly gone? That's hurricane season. It's been quite a successful roll out

We just received the lovely brochure in the mail yesterday, offering the units for sale. Perhaps, in the future, MVCI might actually consider mailing the brochures out prior to sales beginning? And, actually putting a picture/floor plan of the resort/units in it? I mention this because most timeshare owners and prospective buyers aren't as knowledgeable as those who participate in forums like TS4M's.
Glad to hear things are going well. How are on-site sales? I ask since the resort already exists...

Do all Marriott salesmen sell at any resort today? We had a call today from our saleslady, who we have stayed in touch with, and she told me that she sold a timeshare condo in St. Kitts too even from Maui. People seem to buy sight unseen. That is amazing to me and also how fast everything is selling but the prices are good in comparison to Maui and they are selling well too.
Pat, we got a brochure recently but also from a corporate salesman some time ago already. He sent us a package for the resort in St. Thomas too before it opened up. Both resorts and islands look beautiful to me but it is too far away from here to fly to almost every year and it is getting too expensive too.
If I were you, I would ask the OP here to keep you up to date or any of the other corporate sales people. They get the scoop long before it is sent to us by the Marriott. This is what I have noticed over the years.

No, not every salesperson. You know that saleslady? I'm like her, I sell sight unseen over the phone and by the mail. That's called the Central Direct Sales department. In any case, yes, we get the scoop very far before hand.
What do you mean have OP keep us up to date? I'm not sure I follow what you mean.

That comment was meant for camachinist. I guess I wasn't clear. If we, including Pat, want to receive the information before the sales are starting at the new resorts, then it may be a good idea for us to contact the CDS or you. The original OP in this thread was you.
Our saleslady from the update in Maui must have sold a couple in St. Kitts because they didn't want to buy in Maui. We were told the same thing at the Ko-olina too that they could sell us a week at the Waiohai or anywhere. Are these the sales people who handle updates mainly?
