Out of curiosity I would like to learn the most demanded MVCI Resorts, this can be either based on factual information or 'best feel'

Your question didn't speak to season, so I would guess that the Hawaii locations are the most demanded year round.

Caribbean Specifically Aruba, soon to be St Thomas, soon to be St Kitts - Jan - April, Thanksgiving week
Newport Coast Villa - July, Summer
Hawaiian Resorts
Ski Weeks in Colorado, Lake Tahoe, Park City
Hilton Head Summer

Those would be like the creme de la creme, but there are plenty of other resorts with very good demand even excellent demand:
Myrtle Beach Summer
Ft. Lauderdale
West Palm Beach
Palm Desert
Scottsdale

Etc.
