Of course these are for the hotels but still.
Personally I am not surprised.
Love Marriotts myself.
Rarely have a problem they will not fix.

And what a shock.
Wyndham is last.

Of the 14 hotel brands included in the 2014 study, Courtyard by Marriott took the top spot; Wyndham ranked last.

As with the airline section of Forrester’s study, the hotel rankings remained mostly the same from 2013 to 2014. The biggest year-over-year change was Wyndham, which fell from mid-pack in 2013 to last place in 2014.

A little surprised that Starwood brand wasn't included? I agree with you about Marriott, tho. Love them too!

Yeah that's a surprise.
Starwoods are usually pretty nice. Hmmmm.
Maybe Marriott had something to do with the results.

Love my Marriotts, Hiltons, Priority Club[ now IHG}, Club Carlson, and European Best Western stays! All of them are great. I have high status, top tier on all but one, and enjoy wonderful benefits, Large rooms, and great service!Complimentary breakfast buffets too! Yum Yum! Would love to try Hyatt but the others are really keeping me busy and I love the perks. I also love Milleniums. Stayed at one in Abu Dahbi and WOW! Was upgraded to a room that could have been in a Ritz!
