We are thinking of purchasing a marriott timeshare 2 bedroom lockout, silver season in Ocean pointe, palm beach florida for 11,900.
1) is this a decent price?
2) can we stay in just 1/2 of it for 1 week and will this enable us to get a second week for the lock out; if so can we use the second week at any other marriott at any time or only the same season (silver) at an equally valued marriott.
3) Can we trade the lockout portion for points and do the points normally equal a stay at another marriott?
4) Can we enter the points program event if we purchased the timeshare on resale?
