What a horrible ad in the first place. And he has zero feedback with a 20k item. I see listings like this, even if they were for $1, and I pass them right on by as someone I would not want to deal with. Some people really do not have the sense God gave a gnat.

Why would kids pay to advertise a timeshare? I doubt that any would even think of it.

I would bet the guy is young, though. He is probably pretty upset with himself for paying that much for a week and would like some of his money back. I wouldn't buy that one without title insurance, that is for sure.
