I toured Ko Olina in august can i tour in vegas in oct or nov then orlando in dec?

I believe the answer is yes, you can. Marriott does have restrictions on repeating tours at locations you have already toured. However, I am unaware of restrictions on locations that you have not toured.
Be aware though, Some applications/locations, for Marriott tours may require a minimum income. Good luck!Angela

Can't swear to what the written rules are, however, I can tell you that I have personally taken tours of different Marriott locations within a couple of months of each other without a problem. I answered all their questions honestly, too.
