I have a very good deal for (2)TWO weeks 1 Bedroom Platinum OV.
But I think this deal is too good for passing the Marriott ROFR.
So I'm thinking about offering a little more then the requested price...
I need your help
Considering that there is no Platinum inventory left for sale at the OC
Considering that Marriott from what I heard is using their ROFR at the OC
What do you think is the bottom price for these two weeks to pass the ROFR provision?
1-$23,100 About 50% of Marriott selling price
2-$24,000 About 52% of Marriott selling price
3-$25,000 About 54% of Marriott selling price
4-$26,300 About 57% of Marriott selling price
5-$27,250 About 59% of Marriott selling price
6-$28,600 About 62% of Marriott selling price
