    I have been thinking about buying one of these weeks but the MF's fees are kinda high, don't you think?

      Yeah, Marriott doesn't even want for people to know these exist. You can't find them unless you know the exact contact to call. The general Marriott resale line can't offer them for sale.

      If you think about it, it makes sense. Marriott doesn't want for people to think that there are any weeks that can be purchased inexpensively. That will just encourage them to look more closely and consider buying resale next time around.

      The thing I hate most about timesharing is that it is completely based upon deception and uneducated buyers. I hope that changes in the next 10 years.

          very true.....I too hope this changes as some of my friends would NEVER consider a TS property, yet pay $$$ to stay a week in a 1bdr Ritz carlton.
