Marriott Shadow Ridge Seasons question

I have been struggling thru closing on an EOY Marriott resale at shadow ridge.

The latest snafu is that I thought this was a gold season purchase,float weeks 22-27 & 36-49. Lots of sales/classifieds and posts on here and other sites indicate these weeks are gold. The closing agent thru conversation with Marriott state Silver season.
Was I mistaken or does Marriott shift the seasons to meet their needs ?

Marriott doesn't shift seasons. They are fixed.

If you aren't getting what you thought and what you want, cancel the exchange and demand that any costs for the closing company be paid by the seller, who has apparently misrepresented what was for sale.
