    Finally passed Marriott ROFR

    After loosing a few deals, I finally passed ROFR for a Marriott MMC yesterday.

    The price was $8,000 for a 2BDR Platinum week.

    Just in time for the newly raised MF that everyone is complaining about.

    Bill.....Congrats! You always know that if you do not pass Marriott's ROFR with one deal, there will always be another that you'll be able to grab, not to worry. Enjoy!

    As far as the maintenance fees are concerned, look at it this way.....Now you will be able to complain and carry-on with the rest of us.

        I will look forward to complaining about the 2008 MF when they are announced....OMG...I can't believe that Marriott is ripping us off so much in 2008....they raised their MF xxx% and the COI is only xxx%....I will fill in the blanks in one year!

            If there's a future Marriott in mind, perhaps contacting BocaBum and participating in their ROFR-avoidance experiments might be worthwhile.
