Have not seen Paris and only once London .It seems to be just certain cities in Germany , Poland , Portugal and others .
Latest I have is a weekend in Munich ...availability ..., so far have not had any difficulty , but there are no doubt blackout dates .
Can't imagine I would get the Beerfest Weeks , but who would want to stay in a Marriott in Munich those weeks ....better with the Aussies and Paddies in a hostel !! (ooch...)

Voucher arrives by email and snail mail . Properly branded certs from Marriott. Can see no reason why US would be excluded.. I have not been tracking Ebay for some time now, ..I presume they are still on offer .Indeed in current recession, maybe there are more available .

There is also a 3 night at the Athens Ledra. I have stayed at this hotel and it is lovely; I would consider it at least 4 star. The location isn't bad for seeing Athens with the newer subway system. When I last stayed I used my friends and family discount which was only about 10 Euro less than what is being asked for in the auction.

Marriott St Kitts and eBay

Up until now Marriott have been selling their "packages" mainly in Europe ..but for last few weeks I have noticed Marriott St Kitts on the list . And so I bid and was the only bidder ! So won 5 nights for a total of €150 or $ 200 ..yes $40 per night . Breakfast not included ..but so .
(normally $250 pernight(
It's quite a distance for us to travel...so will bid again next week and make a 10 day holiday
Marriott use a German Travel agency called Cultuzz .99.8% positive feedback . As mentioned before I have bid and won 4/5 times do can vouch for them
