There is an English version as well as German and French and Spanish

So you buy the voucher first and then reserve?
Are there blackout dates and how hard are these vouchers to use?
Is this mostly for off season times?

Yes , buy the voucher first and it is valid for 12 months . Twice I requested an extension and once I extended again ..in each case no difficulty. We have used then to attend the French Open in June with no difficulty (Paris Renaissance ) but Munich for the beer festival (hic! ) was less easy . Best for us was Vienna . London seldom features..
The terms and conditions anre clerly laid out before you bid and written in Marriott style .We used to receive points as well but not now .
