I low balled an offer to an owner of a OceanWatch Garden View Unit - platinum season. The owner counter offered for $17K. First question is this a good or great resale price? Marriott does not have any garden view inventory left [they say], but they sold the platinum weeks for $25,900 when they had them.
The listing agent works with the following closing companies:
Is one better than another?
I'm hoping to hear that this is a great price and that these are reputable closing companies.
The only footnote is that usage will not begin until 2008. I left a message with the listing agent to find out when MFs are due.
