Sabal Palms Special Assessment

I just got a notice from Marriott Sabal Palms that they will do a special assessment in 2008 and 2009 for substantial projects. The estimated special assessment for 2008 will be $800. They don't put out an estimate for 2009, but say it will be less than the 2008 assessment. What a bummer!

Tim....That's tuff, but hopefully, the upgrades will be worth it. Hopefully, some major upgrades will be made to the resort, with the money.

Those Palm Marriotts have a great location. Hopefully you'll get some fantastic upgrades on the units.
