Marriott Aruba Ocean Club Special Assessment
It is now confirmed, there will be two special assessements of $500 each, one in 2009 & one in 2010.
These two assessments will be billed separately and will be sent out in June 2009 and in June 2010.
These S.A. will serve to fund the entire projected $16 million renovation plan.
($74,000 per villa or $1500 per unit week)
The increased in the maintenance fee this year (4%) goes toward an increase of the reserve fund.
If it wasn't for the increase of the reserve fund this year we wouldn't have any increase in the maintenance fee!
