Last year, Wyndham Worldwide had one of these webcasts. It was fascinating because they presented a 2 to 3 hour presentation to security analysts of how the timeshare business works. From prospects to building resorts.

Did anyone listen in? Was there any interesting news regarding their TS development pipeline (new locations/resorts) for the future???

          Thanks!

From what I listened to, not much in the line of traditional MVCI resorts. There was mention of Bangkok and Kauai Lagoons.

The emphasis on new resort development seemed to be centered around Ritz-Carlton. From recent previews that I have attended, RC has their fingers in MVCI stuff such as Oceana Palms and Marco Island.

Probably the most interesting thing is that the target market is now viewed as family income of $125K plus per year. However, $75K riff raff are still accepted

There was a comment that there is current inventory of 29,000 weeks. Future resorts plus land "under control" is 400,000 weeks with a future sales value of $16B, IFRC.
