How Much $ is a Marriott Horizons Orlando??

I have an acquaintance who has offered me his week 36 Marriott Horizons...
About what should it sell for on the resale market?
Any Idea what Marriotts ROFR is for that resort?

I have no idea how well this resort trades....Gold season is not the best as the resort is really a family resort (designed for kids) and Gold appears to be when kids are in school. There are others who can better answer the question of trade-ability.

One thing I would consider is how long this resort will meet the needs of your family if you are planning on purchasing it to use it. We absolutely LOVE going there, but we have a 5 year old. If you have children who are over age 11, they may quickly bore of this resort.

On Timeshares: Sell Timeshare Resales for Cash at Closing - Buy Timeshares by Owner and Save up to 60% - Time share for sale and rent here. (see link) You can purchase Gold at this resort for about $5500. You may be able to find it for even less on ebay...depends.

I'm not sure about the maintenance fees for this resort, but you can find those on this website.

Horizons is a great resort!!! I've owned for four years....very new and helpful staff!
