We are looking to but at Marriott Dessert Springs Villas 1. We are looking for a white season. What would a good deal be? Do you think we would be able to get a 2BR for $6000. Or do you think we should offer less. I didn't know the value for those units. Are they drivable from Newport Coast Villas?

I've been seeing somewhere between $6K - 8K for white at DSV-1 Since it doesn't have ROFR the lower the better but they generally don't go lower than $6K with most are around $8K.
The drive from NCV to DSV is a "doable" drive for someone willing to face the SoCal traffic. I think it is about 120 miles but there are often traffic tie ups which can make the drive much longer.
