I am looking to buy a EOY 2BR. What would a good price for a 2BR EOY Beach Place towers(resale) and 2BR EOY Aruba Surf Club.

I am assuming you want Platinum at both locations.....
Surf Club prices are influenced by view...Ocean Front, Oceanside, Ocean View and Garden View.......
BeachPlace Towers has only one view......
At one time, Marriott sold EOY at 60% of the developer price...and allowing the buyer to get the 'otherhalf' for the remaining 40% if they purchased within one year.
....and my answer is,,I don't know!
I have seen resales of the Surf Club on myresortnetwork.com and redweek.com
About a year ago, a gold oceanfront resale was listed for 18K which at the time was the developer price for gold garden view.
You have to decide what these 2 'halfs' are worth to you and start looking....do not be discouraged if people turn doen your offers.....you will eventually get your price.
