Can anyone comment on whether the 2 BRs at the Grande Vista are lockouts? or are there both there? Any suggestions on a reasonble price range for an EOY platinum 2 BR?

    Grande Vista? Oh yeah.

Yes, there are 2 bedroom lock offs at Grande Vista.

As far as the EOY year price, I don't have a fair price for you from the resale market, maybe someone else who had dealt heavily in it can help you.

I believe there are both at that location. I think the new ones are two bedrooms, not lockouts.

There is an EOY right now on ebay. Platnuim season 2brm lockout. It is a forclosure. Last I looked, it was at 2,600.00 with $790.00 back maintanence fees also due to purchaser. It is closing soon...2hrs 46 minutes.
      US $2,600.00

Ebay auction ended. It sold for $3,490.00. Plus, there was that additional 790.00 in back maintanence.

That is a great price for EOY...many times they sell fo 10-12K every year.
There are 900 units at Grande Vista...only the last 2 buildings are non-lock-off.

I saw that one. It though it was a good deal even with the back fees due. Figured there were less bidders concerned about it being a forclosure. I just didn't know how good a deal it was. There is another one currently on Ebay currently for $4225 that is the same but not forclosure. It's still got a couple days to go so it'll probably go for above $5K.

We're not in a dire need of one Trying to do my research before we get the next one. I guess we should sell one first though but these deals just seem to keep appearing!

It's a good idea to do as much research as possible. I like to watch the sales on ebay, because I believe they are a good indication of what each timeshare is worth.

good luck with your future purchase.....

I thought it looked like a snipe bid I was pretty sure it was a good deal but my wife would have killed me if I bid The other "normal" EOY auction is at$5100 with 6 more hours to go.

                      Cheers to a good deal

I don't have th reference handy but it sold yesterday for $6000. So compare your price, even with the back MFs owing and that's a pretty big difference!
