What is the differences between Palm Desert Villas and Shadow Ridge?
How close are they to one another? Are the layouts/ammenities/views different? Does one trade better than another?

There are three Marriott resorts in Palm Springs. Desert Villas I & II and Shadow Ridge. Shadow Ridge is the newest and is roughly 2 -3 miles north of Desert Villas. The original Desert villas property, as I remember, has rather large 2 BR units and, I believe, also has free access to the spa.

I'm not an owner here, so hopefully an owner will come along and correct me if I'm wrong

Correct, Desert Villas I owners receive access to the spa as part of the amenity package. Villas II owners do not...
