Q: Distance Between Aruba Surf Club and Ocean Club?

I'll be spending the first night at the Marriott Aruba Surf Club, then moving over to the Ocean Club. If you have ever been to either or both, I'd appreciate insights or suggestions on making the move from one hotel to the other. Here are the options I've come up with so far:

1. Check out of the Surf Club and roll our suitcases from the Surf Club to the Ocean Club, OR
2. Take a taxi from the Surf Club to Ocean Club, OR
3. On our first day, take a taxi from the airport to the Ocean Club. Ask the bellman to store our luggage until our check in date. We would leave our suitcase(s) at the Ocean Club and walk to Surf Club with our carry-on -- just enough clothes, etc. for our first day/night at the Surf Club.

They are right next store to each other, and in walking distance.....After checking out of the Surf Club, have a bellman take your luggage to the Ocean Club for you. If your room is not ready, they will store it for you.

Wear bathing suit, and enjoy the beach.

Great idea!!! One more "planning item" I can check off my list. I'm the one that handles the planning and details on our vacations so thanks for the information.

Let the front desk know sometime during the week - they will actually come and pick up your stuff from the room and the next time u see it it will be in your new room...and they will also move your refrigerator stuff if you let them know that is necessary.
